When all the other dealerships in the greater bay area and Sacramento area are not budging on their 2-3K over MSRP price, Winter was actually willing to do some negotiations with the sale, Sold me my Bolt EUV for MSRP. Melinda was wonderful, great communication, great customer service. The Bolt EUV was not fully charged when i got there, but she promptly got on it and was able to get the car charge during the buying process to get me home. Thank you again for the wonderful experience Melinda! i will recommend to my friends if they are looking for a Chevy.

Total lack of communication on the advisors part. Told the parts were in so I took my vehicle in, after having most of the day advised the parts were the wrong ones. Told they would call when correct parts were in and painted, three weeks later I checked in as winters had not called, advised the parts were in and scheduled to bring in the next day. I Was told this would be a 30-45 minute fix. After bringing vehicle in a I was again told this was a 30-45 minute fix. Over a hour later I checked on the vehicle, not done and this was going to take way longer than I was told. Manager Alex Kohut got us a loner car to use. He also discounted the repair for our inconvenience when I picked up my vehicle.

I walked up to the service department, I didn't know which window to go to. Since everyone was busy and I already had an appointment and just wanted to drop off. There was no sign as to where to wait or easy way to drop off for appointments only.

Great customer service from the service advisor . I made a appt 9:15 am . My truck went straight in for the oil change . I left my truck there thinking it would take all day . Soon as I got home they called saying my truck was ready .

The finance guy was really rude. I rejected the extended warranty, calling extended warranties a scam, and he immediately turned from polite to really rude, saying I'd offended him. Even after apologising to him, he stayed very rude, cutting me off whenever I wanted to say anything, even to explain what I was trying to say about extended warranties, and being critical towards me whenever I wanted to read any of the contracts. I eventually called him out for being so rude, and he apologised, though it wasn't very convincing. He really ruined the experience. Everyone else was very pleasant.

Awful customer service. Salesman made promises and after vehicle was purchased he did not follow through. The service department in Antioch needs an inspection as they appear to not only be rude but fraudulent.
