I paid $1200 dollars to repair my brakes and brake peddle and my peddle still goes all the way to the floor. I will be bring my car back on Tuesday after you all had my car for a week. I'm very disappointed in the work. My advisor was great but your mechanics leave a lot to be desired. I probably will not be bring my car back to your service department.

Service writer Homero was very helpful and kind. The oil change was not done right I had oil all over my driveway, engine was a 1/4 low . It took me an other day off from work plus time waste it at the dealer…and driver side doors and steering wheel was dirty with oil.

It wasn’t the same type of experience as when we visited Tracy Chevrolet. Tracy made us feel like family. This location felt all business. A repair was done under warranty but we would not willingly choose this location for other services. It felt cold and wait times to be acknowledged (not even helped) were horrible. There was no concern about hospitality or transportation. We had to ask if services were available.
