My experience has been so horrible. I would never recommend your service department to anyone who owns a Chevy. If I ever own another Chevy I would rather drive to concord or rio vista to have it serviced.

Took 3 hours for an oil change. I had a walking baby and the wait was horrible should have let me known how long it was gonna be so I could of arrange something else instead of waiting there the 3 hours

Winter Chevrolet is my go to place for Sales and Service. Sales Man Brian Vargas has sold me cars for years and is the reason I buy from Winter Chevrolet. Carlos Burgos the sales manager worked with me on the numbers until we came to an agreement. I meet Ben Meza, Finance Manager, by far the best Financial Manager I’ve ever sat down with. Since I have a 2021, 3500 diesel dully and had a 2018 Suburban that I bought both of them from Brian. I have to mention Alex in service. My dully was in for service, recalls and warranty work. Alex was in full contact with me about how things were going ! I even have known Rose Winter from when Winter Chevrolet was on Railroad Ave in Pittsburgh. I highly recommend Winter Chevrolet 🥇

Slow service. No print out or proof of services on a Chevy bolt EV . Technician left mug on my foot carpets. Didn’t use a paper sheet to cover the floor. Very disrespectful.

Scheduled my truck for service via the web, for may 1st. Oil change, brake squeak, 2-recall and wheel liners not fitting right. I was told should be done around 3pm on the 1st. Got a call gonna run late can we keep over night, no. I picked truck up at 5.50pm, the oil was changed and recall for running boards (Software-Firmware update). Nothing else was completed in 9.5 hours. Service ticket says it would be ready at 6pm, someone is playing games... I was told 3pm. Parts come in to do brakes, do last recall and wheel liners not fitting and getting cut up. Bring truck in at 8am on 5/10/2023, I get a call at 3pm that they cannot do any of the work. Now my truck has been at winter chevy for16.5 hours for oil change and software-firmware update. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
