The finance guy was really rude. I rejected the extended warranty, calling extended warranties a scam, and he immediately turned from polite to really rude, saying I'd offended him. Even after apologising to him, he stayed very rude, cutting me off whenever I wanted to say anything, even to explain what I was trying to say about extended warranties, and being critical towards me whenever I wanted to read any of the contracts. I eventually called him out for being so rude, and he apologised, though it wasn't very convincing. He really ruined the experience. Everyone else was very pleasant.
