Confirmed Service Customer
It wasn’t the same type of experience as when we visited Tracy Chevrolet. Tracy made us feel like family. This location felt all business. A repair was done under warranty but we would not willingly choose this location for other services. It felt cold and wait times to be acknowledged (not even helped) were horrible. There was no concern about hospitality or transportation. We had to ask if services were available.

My service consultant Luke Brignoli informed me what the service tech's would be doing to repair or replace my tire issue. For safety reasons the tire had to be replaced, repair was out of the question. Luke assured me this was the only option to move forward and be safe.

I would never recommend anyone this dealer to do service for their cars when I went there ask for a maintenance service for my Yukon 2020 and I asked him to spray the plants that were three as I’m not a mechanic I don’t understand everything so I’m trying to tell him to Splaine step-by-step, and they keep saying the same thing always right there in the paper read it I pay almost $800 which is OK but at least if they can take the time to Splaine me what are they doing to the car so disappointed
