I had a very nice experience, 5 star service.

Easy/smooth

I was told that my truck would be in the shop for about 2 weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call in 5 days to let me know it was finished. Everything was repaired and working as expected.

Great service very quick

My overall experience was good with the exception of two items: After i got my car home from being serviced my wife drove the car to her work and experienced issues with the car and the engine light came on. I had to return the car the next day only to find one of the replaced spark plugs was cracked causing the engine to miss fire. Big inconvenience. The shuttle driver drove unsafe, continually running or rolling through stop signs and red lights. Service person Daniel was great to work with.

As always winter provides the best possible service.

I had to wait 3 hours for a normal 1 hour task of changing oil. service beneath your standard.

Was told very quiet morning so came in early, checked in and waited 45 minutes and finally spoke with an employee who got things moving. Now they charge you $20 to rotate tires. I���m going elsewhere next time.
