We were in the market for a new because our old car was totaled. We were strongly encouraged to at least look at the Malibu by a neighbor. We had a few cars in mind. We set out to see the cars and we were sitting in the lot ford when Linda called and was extremely friendly and pleasant so we never got out of the car at ford. We went straight over to see the Chevrolet Malibu. We were treated pleasantly and friendly. We test drove the car and it sold itself to us. We did not even know about the Malibu and we were more than impressed. After the test drive we left to go see one other car, the Buick verano. We wanted to compare the cars. On the road we discussed our experience, the deal and car. Decided right there on the road we wanted the Malibu. The rest is history... We turned around and went back to winter chevrolet. I was in for a service and serval warranty issues. Oscar the service writer is awesome and is very sensitive to all that is going on with your car. Oscar the service tech is also awesome who did my oil change and is very respectful of not getting anything on my car. Bob the tech who did all the warranty work is very detail and also very sensitive to all that is wrong with your car and very very detail on correcting the problems. Winter Chevrolet had the 2013 Chevy Equinox equipped the way we wanted it.
