Unfortunately it was a bad experience this time around. We got a number to call/text about our car and let’s just say I texted both numbers twice and still no response. my husband was waiting there the whole time. Saw the car was done and in front and never got told it was done or not confirmation it was done by Chevy. Never got a call or text saying my car was ready. My husband said it was up front and ready for about 30 minutes to then I had to call Chevy and say can I get the keys to the car so he can leave. Why have a number to contact when they don’t reply back and leave the phone on the desk

I had an appointment for oil change, left me car in the overnights drop box, I did not hear anything regarding my car so I called them about noon, I spoke to Ceasar, he said the did not check the drop box but they have my keys now and will get on it, I came over to dealership sometime after 3:00 pm and my vehicle still sitting in same spot I left it the previous evening, I found ceasar avd he says they will start working on my car at that time. Very unacceptable service, kindly put. The service manager got involved and took care of my vehicle without a fee, which I do appreciate, but the ball was dropped on this occasion.

Jessica was great. The experience went smoothly and without hassle. I appreciated an agreed upon price before arriving to streamline process. No sales pressure to get extended warranty. Overall experience was great. One bad observation - you have a disgruntled sales person that showed his unhappiness towards my sales person therefore, it looked like he was angry at me too. He didn't make me feel welcome. Very unprofessional.

I paid $1200 dollars to repair my brakes and brake peddle and my peddle still goes all the way to the floor. I will be bring my car back on Tuesday after you all had my car for a week. I'm very disappointed in the work. My advisor was great but your mechanics leave a lot to be desired. I probably will not be bring my car back to your service department.
