Unfortunately it was a bad experience this time around. We got a number to call/text about our car and let’s just say I texted both numbers twice and still no response. my husband was waiting there the whole time. Saw the car was done and in front and never got told it was done or not confirmation it was done by Chevy. Never got a call or text saying my car was ready. My husband said it was up front and ready for about 30 minutes to then I had to call Chevy and say can I get the keys to the car so he can leave. Why have a number to contact when they don’t reply back and leave the phone on the desk
