Luke did a great job keeping me informed on the status of diagnosis and then repairs. EV mechanic seemed to be very busy which delayed initial diagnosis and also repairs. AC unit went out and was covered by warranty, AC hose was leaking and had to be replaced, this was not covered by warranty which was $1200+ and disappointing to learn.
