The communication was horrible. Bob is amazing. The person that was supposed to communicate with me was not very good at all once they figured out what was wrong with my vehicle ordered the parts. It took extremely long. I understand that, but when it came down to the final days, everything was installed, they still needed to order more parts and a battery that should last at least three years didn’t even make it to three years My experience was horrible and I don’t think I would buy another vehicle from this Chevy dealership

Bought The Vehicle in 2020 a recall came out 30 days prior to Purchase. I find out about it a few days prior to Fixing the issue being it deals with the Transmission ... Shifting Correctly... Recalls of that Nature are Important. My thoughts are if a Vehicle has a Recall and is in Inventory. Why not have it Serviced prior to Selling it 🤔 Why sell Me the Consumer a Potentially Defective Automobile. So I find out its a Software Issue the recall was about not Mechanical but the Dealership says hey your out of Warranty and the fixing 🤔 Bill is my the Customers Responsibility. When I had bought it unbeknownst the recall was even there prior to my Purchase. So in Fairness if a Car is still Brand New on a Dealers Lot Recalls are issued there's no Legal Obligation to service that Vehicle for all Recalls prior to Selling to the Public and Private Sectors? And I was Charged. Lil over 2 hundred Dollars. Not a Good look for Chevrolet I'm very disappointed I've Purchased 2 Trucks from Winters this same model Truck almost 70 Grand ... same Truck this Year 58 thousand another slap in the Face. POTENTIAL BUYERS THINK ABOUT HOW THEY ARE DEALT WITH AND CAN IMPACT WHO THEY ARE WILLING TO CONTINUE TO ENGAGE IN FUTURE BUSINESS ENDEAVORS. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO PRODUCTS BEING SOLD FROM THAT COMPANY HOLDING A CUSTOMERS CONFIDENCE. THEN IF SAID PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE THAT COMPANIES RESPONSE TO CORRECT IT. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN IN THIS CASE NOT AT A 4% INTEREST AND A ALMOST 9 HUNDRED DOLLAR NOTE. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO EXPRESS MYSELF. Have a Good 👍 Day.

I had my 2021 Chevy Tahoe towed in to Winter Chevrolet on April 22, 2025. I met with Eric Laviolette -Service Advisor, and he wrote up RO # 399267. (Eric has been my advisor for over one year now, and he is excellent, honest, helpful, and very professional!!). On April 21, 2025, I was driving the vehicle on the freeway and the check engine light came on and the vehicle's speed dropped automatically from 65 mph to about 54 mph as top speed. I drove about ten miles total after the lights came on, and I arrived home safely. I parked the vehicle on the street and it sat for about an hour. When I started it up, there were four (4) warning lights on, and the digital display on the dash had seven (7) rotating warning displays that kept "recirculating" on the digital display screen. I called Eric and discussed the situation, and I explained that the brakes weren't working correctly, nor was the power steering, etc... Thus, it was agreed that I would have the vehicle towed in to Winter Chevrolet the following day (4/22/2025). When the AAA Tow Truck Driver dropped off the vehicle, I met with Eric. Eric said that their technician that specialized in electronic / electrical / on-board computer, etc... would look into the situation the following morning, or as soon as possible. On 4/23/2025, the technician plugged in the electronic analysis test device, and Eric called me after he spoke with the technician, and Eric asked me if "the brake petal was hard, or if the pedal felt normal, and the car was hard to stop"? I said the brake petal was soft, and nearly ineffective during the time I started the vehicle back up at home, and all of the warning statements were appearing and rolling over on the small display screen on my dashboard area. Just before 5:00PM on April 23rd, Eric texted me and said the technician was "close to a diagnosis, and should have some info for me on April 24th". Then, the technician got busy with other work, and there was not update from him until I got a hold of Eric on the morning of Monday, April 28th. (Eric was off duty on Friday, & Saturday, and he returned on Monday. No one at Winter's Service Dept. contacted me during Eric's time off.) Eric said the "technician doesn't have an answer yet". I asked Eric to talk with the service manager and ask when the technician will be able to focus on diagnosing the situation with my vehicle. Eric apologized for the delays, and hoped that my vehicle would get looked into on Tuesday, April 28th? Finally on the mid afternoon of April 28th, I lost patience with the situation at Winter Chevrolet, and had my 2021 Chevy Tahoe picked up at Winter by a AAA Tow Truck, and driven to Concord, Chevrolet. I am taking the time to write up this experience because I was very disappointed with the fact that my vehicle was in control of the service dept. at Winter from 4/22 through 4/28, and it did not seem to be a priority. It is my belief that Eric did his best to communicate with me about the status of the proposed trouble-shooting by their technician, but it seemed that the tech had other priorities..... It would have been appreciated if the service manager would have let me know by telephone, or via a text message, and let me know sooner that my vehicle was not going to be professionally looked into in what a reasonable person would consider to be a timely manner. Then, I would have been able to decide whether to have my vehicle looked at somewhere else. But, I am not angry or bitterly disappointed at anyone at Winter Chevrolet's Service Dept. Hopefully, my situation was a fluke, and the timing was unfortunate at Winter. I will continue to trust Winter's Service Dept., and will continue to highly recommend Eric Laviolette as a service advisor that can be counted on and trusted as an excellent communicator. I will be back for the next recommended service required for my 2021 Chevy Tahoe. This is the first problem that I have experienced with the vehicle, or with the Winter Service Dept. -- since I purchased the vehicle used from Winter Chevrolet -- over two years ago. My car was overheating and was towed to the dealership. They ran diagnostics and determined that the thermostat and water pump had to be replaced. I was also told the fan belt had to be replaced because some coolant splashed on it. I asked if the coolant couldn't just be wiped off. I was told No, because it can be corrosive. The diagnostics cost $250.00, but they wanted $1, 680 to replace two parts. I declined and had the car towed back home. I paid $90 for the thermostat from an auto part store and $60 labor for my daughter and friend to install it. We added some coolant and voila! That appears to be all it needed. I haven't had a problem since. That saved me over $1,400. The dealership charges way too much!

Came in for my air conditioner and my windshield wiper fluid troubleshoot. Paid for the oil change, ac condenser replacement and repair for the wiper fluid release. AC seats do not work, the wiper fluid still does not work (which i found the issue to and disappointed how much I was charged for something that could have been so easily repaired. Truck also runs rough since oil change. Will not be a returning customer. I usually do all of my maintenance and decided to let Chevy themselves resolve the issues since I haven't had time which now I am regretting. Besides that, the staff members are very friendly and welcoming.

People are friendly but from what I understand the system seems a bit broken I had an appt on Saturday at 9 am for just a tire rotation that I was told would be about 45 mins but when I arrived a little before 9am I was told the wait would be at least 2 hours due to how the scheduling allows people to over book. Which to me was a bot frustrating as I booked my appt with plenty of time. Then on Tuesday my appt for the recalls I dropped of my car Monday night. But when I picked up my car I was told that my car does need the part but that it is still not available. I asked if I would be notified when the part was available but was told that I need to call in or text and ask if the part came. I found this to be really a bad way to handle this especially when I was urged to bring the car on rite away to find out if it was part of the recall. I would have thought I would be notified when the part become available. It is very inconvenient that I will have to be calling every few weeks to try to find out if the part is available.

This is the second time I've brought my brand new 2024 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss to the dealership for warranty work, and it's also the second time it's left with new damage. This recurring issue is incredibly frustrating and has completely eroded my trust in this service department. The first incident happened when the truck had less than 500 miles on it. After some simple warranty work, I found a noticeable **door ding** on my brand-new vehicle. It was disappointing to see my truck damaged so early on, but I had it fixed and hoped it was a one-off mistake. Now, at 8,000 miles, I'm dealing with an even worse situation. My truck was in for a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) roof repair, but the job was clearly done without care. The roof is now visibly damaged with **bumps and distortions**, which appear to be from improperly installed rivets or a drill that wasn't used with a drill stop. This sloppy work has ruined the smooth finish of my roof. To make matters worse, I discovered **new door dings** on the passenger side door. As if that wasn't enough, the door pillar was also covered in some sort of **black grease or substance**, a clear sign of carelessness. It's one thing to make a mistake once, but for the same service department to damage my vehicle on two separate occasions is unacceptable. The lack of attention to detail and professional care is astonishing. I'm left with a new truck that looks like it's been through a lot more than just 8,000 miles, and the inconvenience of having to get these new issues addressed.

I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment to have the check engine light diagnosed. The person at the service desk mentioned it could be a spark plug issue but said I’d need to leave the vehicle overnight. After 24 hours, I hadn’t heard a single update. I called to check in, and the person who could help was at lunch. When he finally returned my call, he said the technician working on my truck was also at lunch and that I’d get an update in about an hour. Over an hour and a half later, I received a text saying the technician still hadn’t gotten to my vehicle and they wanted to keep it another night to look at it “first thing in the morning.” The next day around 11 a.m., I called again and was told nothing had been done. I told them not to do anything further and that I’d be there at 1 p.m. to pick up my truck. When I arrived at 12:40, my truck wasn’t even there it was out on a “test drive.” Twenty minutes later, they finally brought it back. The staff’s attitude was completely nonchalant, as if it didn’t matter that they had my vehicle for almost three days and did absolutely nothing. On top of that, I had clearly told them at 11 a.m. not to start any work, yet they were out driving my truck when I arrived. Completely unprofessional. It’s clear they couldn’t care less about customer service or respecting people’s time. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

My vehicle was at the shop for nearly three weeks and only received an update twice. The vehicle came back dirty and the least the dealer could have done was wash it. for my car being at the dealer so long. Also. the part price was increased over 100% higher than the OEM valve cover and PVC valve that’s advertised online. I understand a slight parts increase for profit, but not an over 100% increase.

Daniel Weiss handled the situation with professionalism, got my vehicle checked in and a ride for me home. Very timely. They preformed many diagnostics checks. My only concern is the tires were not checked as indicated on the worksheet as being complete, all four tires were under pressure when I got home. This happens often at this dealership.

Seamless and easy with the the grill replacement. The chip on the door at the time of purchase has not been completed to satisfaction. I shouldn't notice that it was touched up. I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. No one purchases a new vehicle not wanting it to be flawless. I was told a numerous amount of times that this would be taken care of. Definitely not satisfied with the 15 second touch up out in the parking lot.
