I left feeling unheard, like I made up the issues I brought my new vehicle in for. I’ve had this vehicle less than 6 months and should have no problems, but it has. I left the manager a voice mail last month and he still has returned my call. I wish I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I definitely don’t feel like a valued customer.
