Dropping off my car was very confusing. I had an appointment. I brought it in a couple hrs early. I had never been there before. Employee kept asking me what I wanted done on my car. I said I had an appointment. Just kinda weird and very chaotic. When I came to pick my car up. This guy was much better. Polite and helpful.
