Well, I drop off the truck on a Wednesday because the OnStar wasn’t working and then they call me. They said they were going to take care of that on Friday so I called back on Friday. Nobody told me anything and his name is Luke and he was off on Friday and Saturday And I was without a car for work since Wednesday that’s like four days and I got called back on Monday saying that the part that I was supposed to get the chipper to somewhere else so I was with no car and I’ll truck fix they didn’t tell me anything the American solution sorry that happens That’s what they told me and now they’re supposed to call me when the park arrives in the dealership I’ve been paying the OnStar for three months and no OnStar on it because you guys don’t have to park that’s why I’m kind of disappointed the problem is it not communication and I wasn’t having my truck for old those days because Mr. Luke Shannon call me and tell me that it’s gonna be off Friday and Saturday which I could’ve got a rental car so that’s why I’m pretty upset
