I had an appointment for oil change, left me car in the overnights drop box, I did not hear anything regarding my car so I called them about noon, I spoke to Ceasar, he said the did not check the drop box but they have my keys now and will get on it, I came over to dealership sometime after 3:00 pm and my vehicle still sitting in same spot I left it the previous evening, I found ceasar avd he says they will start working on my car at that time. Very unacceptable service, kindly put. The service manager got involved and took care of my vehicle without a fee, which I do appreciate, but the ball was dropped on this occasion.
