Courteous, friendly, experienced, and all about customer service. Luke at Winter Chevrolet was just awesome. My 2022 Silverado pickup truck had a faulty injector that needed repair over several days. Normally, the dealership didn’t provide rental cars but he went above and beyond in asking his service manager in getting the rental for me. They did!! In addition my truck was repaired 2 days before the expected repair date. Just awesome!! Thank you Luke & all the service repairman at Winter Chevrolet!

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment scheduled. Way too long! Also the tech marked on inspection paper that he filled all tires to 36 PSI as recommended, but lied as all tires were at 31 PSI. Hopefully they did everything else they were supposed to.

The service was scheduled twice due to lack of planning on the dealership side. The part was not ordered ahead of time and when it was ordered and in stock, there was no preplanning, so the service took the entire day instead of the 4 hours it was supposed to take.
