I came in to get an Oil change at 9am and to have my car test drive to see what shaking issue was they had my car for HOURS..!! o was thinking oil change test drive maybe hour tops no way I had drop it off 9am like said then I did NOT GET MY CAR BACK TILL 5 had known better I would of not even probably received my vehicle same Day the techs Mechanics goes home at 4 they also take hour lunch break so if I don���t go into the dealer my self after so manny hours wouldn���t have known or gotten call back was all day very stressful only have one vehicle I missed whole days of work my wife Diabetic her sugars weee getting dangerously low had walk get food it was STRESSFUL NEVER EVER AGAIN NOTHING WAS OFFERED to make it right or service discount something just was all day whole 8 hour shift for oil change and test drive that���s crazy CHEVY

I went in for an oil change and to have my brakes looked at for the 4th time due to a noise that continues to be a concern for me. There wasn���t a resolution and my brakes continue to have the same loud noise after being told there is nothing wrong with my brakes.

Bought the newest 2024 Colorado ZR2 Bison which is supposed to be top of the line? I had to go back and forth to claims missing parts that was not on the truck. I asked if I can have a courtesy car since I���m over 1hour away from the dealer and that only this dealer can do the install since it was bought there. I was denied a rental and had to wait for truck to complete with parts install. The on-star service that came with the truck until today doesn���t work? The XM Sirius satellite radio doesn���t work. I called the dealer and expressed my concerns and issues and not one has gotten back to me. The person who helped me was really nice, she even called me and told me that she had found a new job and that she would still try her best to help me out coz she knows history of this dealer. If I can give a zero, I would. I have owned multiple trucks that I purchased from Chevy dealers and this Winters Chevrolet in Pittsburg, Ca may just be the worst one! It really makes customer think twice of bringing in their vehicle for a service due to the hospitality and customer service they have would show the same experience in their in-house service. I would never due business with this dealer location ever again. I would make sure friends and family and social media folks to not ever buy a vehicle in this location! That���s my experience with this dealer. As of today, 9/18/2024 my vehicle OnStar is still not in service and xM satellite radio still doesn���t work. P.S Chevy Corp pls help me get my newest top of the line Colorado bison experience more enjoyable and headache/issue free. Thank you!

From the moment I drove into the lot until the moment I left there was so much welcoming and loving staff. They made me feel Ike I was part of the family from the very start. Now I know why my brother Jarad always purchased his trucks from winter. He always told me of the great staff and service but, I was a Jeep guy back then. I am so happy with the car and the experience I am going to share my story with anyone that I can. I���ve been to over 6 other lots in my few days of driving cars and I knew when I got to winter the rest of the dealers were no where near the quality or personality. I was extremely happy with Winters Chevrolet giving me a military discount but to my disappointment I couldn���t start my truck Winters advised my battery is due for a replacement. After a day I had it replaced

Our experience went very smoothly - Jessica and Carmel were great the whole time. They made it work for me in terms of payments and were very accommodating. The whole lease process took a little longer than I would have wanted - 5 hours, and we didn't get to go thru everything as I had to leave for a prior appt., but otherwise everything was very pleasant. And I love my new Blazer EV!! Thank you!

I made an appointment with the service department, they kept my car overnight for 2 days which should not have taken that long. Not very happy with the way that the service department handled this transaction.

All around great service. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Luke was great and had my car ready the same day. Unfortunately, the next afternoon my car would not start at all so I have to bring the car back. But outside of that it was a great experience

The waiting area where the television is has chairs that need replacing, they were there when I first visited a few months ago, other than that, my visit was fine. Also, the dealership was located near walking distance to different shops which was a plus!
